Your checklist stays in this browser

The planner does not create an account or send selections to a server. It stores the current checklist locally on your device when browser storage is available.

Choose a role to start a checklist.

How to use the planner

  1. Pick the responsibility you were actually assigned.
  2. Confirm event-required protection and administration first.
  3. Check only items you have tested and understand.
  4. Add the organizer's rules, meeting point and communication plan.
  5. Copy or print the result, then review it with your team.

What this planner deliberately excludes

It does not recommend weapons, modification settings, pyrotechnics, frequencies, legal classifications or event-prohibited equipment. Those decisions must follow local law, organizer rules and manufacturer instructions.

FIELD QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Does the planner upload my checklist?

No. The launch version stores selections only in your browser using localStorage when available.

Why does the planner avoid weapon recommendations?

Legality, event rules, allowed equipment and safe operation vary. The tool focuses on organization, protection and team readiness.

Can I use the same checklist for every event?

Use it as a starting structure, then replace event-specific details after reading the current organizer rules.
